If customer require same as China standard three phase industry voltage 380V/50Hz, we can provide fast delivery within 10~15 days, if different with China standard, the delivery will around 30 days.

4.How to make installation and after sale service ?

We provide installation video for customers reference,the oversea installation service is available if you need .

 5.Warranty:

We offer 18 months extended warranty for complete machine, all spare parts included.

Within 18 months:if any parts break down, we will compensate new parts at free charge,not including courier expense. Normally we will ask customers keep some spare parts in stock for machine maintenance, and the compensation spare parts will be sent together with next shipment or through a cheaper way but not by DHL.

More than 18 months:We provide online technical guidance and introduction to find broken part,and we will give you a favorable price,but need you bear shipping cost.

6.Preparation before installation:

3 phase industry power supply, 25kw.

Water supply, with a water tank. ( 2000 liters )

Air compressor with air volume more than 0.67m³/min, could provide stable air pressure more than 0.8Mpa.Floor cement thickness need to be more than 20cm, if not enough then need to make six concrete columns for mounting support frames, floor horizontal error less than 3cm.

Maintenance

1. There is uneven foam spray on the car washing machine. It is maybe that the foam system fails. Check the key points: The air pressure of the car washing machine is too small or too large. You can try to adjust the air pressure adjusting device.

2. There may be an abnormality in the ratio of the car wash liquid, and the ratio of the car wash liquid can be adjusted.

3. If the foam pipe leaks or leaks, check that the pipe is secure and loose.

4. The shower head of the car washer stops rotating, check and clear the nozzle for clogging, and replace the damaged rotating device; the angle of the nozzle can be adjusted properly.

5, abnormal sound of the pump, there may be inhaled air, immediately check the tank for water, clean the filter to prevent clogging

6. If the pump's high-pressure water pressure is too low, adjust the valve's pressure, the tightness of the belt, and check if the valve needs to be replaced.

7. If the wheel of the car washing machine slips, check whether there is stuck, whether the bearing is in good condition, or if the chain is too tight or too loose, the vibration of the car washing machine will occur.
