1) What is the country of origin of products?
- Singapore

2) What is the estimated lead time?
- If items are in stock, products can be collected or shipped (for overseas) as soon as payment has been confirmed. If items are not in stock, it will take within two weeks for us to have the items ready.

3) Do you offer free shipping?
- For local clients, we offer free shipping for as long as the product costs more than s$500. For overseas, shipping costs vary and will be covered by the buyer.

4) Do you ship overseas?
- Yes

5) What is the shelf life of the product/s?
- Two years from the date of manufacture

6) Do you have a specific formula/calculation on what and how many products to use?
- Calculations are based on ASME standards. We use combination of products depending on situations and severity

7) Do you have a copy of the ASME PCC2 standards and any other certification/standards the product is tested to?
- We are in the midst of getting ASME PCC2. Our tests are ongoing with Stress Engineering Services, Houston. We are expecting to obtain our certification soon. Also we are in the initial stages of testing with ABS Singapore to obtain for the ABS certification.
