1. Do you offer customization service? 

Yes. You can customize product size, color, shape, material, etc. Please CONTACT US for more details.

2. Can we have our logo or company information on the products? 

Yes, but there will be minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements. We can put your logo on the products by printing, UV varnishing, stamping, embossing, debossing, or stickering. Please provide us with the size and Pantone code of your logo.

3. Can I get samples?

Yes. You will need to pay the sample fees and shipping. However, if you decide to move forward with the order, we will credit back the sample fees on your order.

4. How long does it take to make samples? How long for the final order?

Usually we can produce the samples in 5-10 business days after your final design confirmation. With a confirmed design, the lead time for your full order takes 10-15 business days. However it may vary depending on order quantity, finish, customizations (if any), etc. 

5. What are your terms of delivery?

We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

International Shipping

We support international shipping. Please confirm the shipping fee with us before you place an order. Most in-stock items will ship within 7 working days after ordering. Some order may take up to 15 working days to process. 

Occasionally, items may be out of stock or backordered. You will be alerted in this instance. In the event of a backorder, we will provide an approximate date of shipment.
