Description
Silway 645 is a water-based concentrate of die-casting release agent , which is used for high-temperature release of aluminum, magnesium and zinc. The active component contains silicone, etc.Key features
Mixed with any proportion of water, it is non-corrosive and harmless to the human body. The ultra-fine jet completely covers the entire mold, has good high-temperature lubrication performance, can protect the mold, extend the life of the mold, and improve production efficiency.
The casting showed a uniform surface with no spots or clouds. Silway 645 makes the product surface smooth and bright, good quality, uniform and stable.
Good stability, no stratification, no floating oil, no deterioration during normal storage. It has heat resistance and will not be carbonized and decomposed when heated.
Usage
The concentrate is usually diluted with 300~500 times of water according to the actual situation.
Use spray gun or other methods to spray, brush or immerse the working surface of the mold.
