Real fur slippers are different from other normal products. Most of cost is from animal fur, there is no unified process standards, and it depends on hand-made instead of machine.
Mr. James is a trading company’s buyer in US. Two months ago a big supermarket placed an 5000 pairs fox slippers order to his company. He was worried because his experience told him that the quality of some factory’s fur slippers was unstable, the sample and the first batch is good, but later the size of fox fur was smaller and smaller.
So far he hasn’t find a satisfactory fur slippers factory. Later Mr. James knew us by accident from a friend who was also a buyer. He told Mr. James our products were very stable and he has cooperated with us for many years.

A 5000 collars order coming from a photo
Ms Tyson sent me a fur collar photo which was returned by her customer. I found that the collar was full of guard hair, less of fine hair. It was from neck of the fox. Ms Tyson said that it was a 9000 fur collar order, 4000 have sent, but the customer checked and returned 300. But the supplier refused to change them. Ms Tyson thought that the supplier was only for one-off deal, so she tried to look for new supplier, and found us at last.
I told Ms Tyson that we obeyed the strictly rules which required what size of the neck, leg and bottom to be used, because most of the hair of these parts is not good usually. She agreed with what we did, so she let us produce the 300 collars at first.
Ms Tyson was very satisfied when received them. After several times exchange she knew our production was standard process, not one-off deal, and she was relieved. So the later 5000 collars order were placed to us.

Q: I can't see you and the fur, how can you make sure that you don't cheat us?
Otherwise, touch pitch, and you will be defiled. Though these methods are hidden and "smart", they are recognized sooner or later. So these factories only can run 3-5 years at most. But we have run 42 years.
These "smart" methods can take effect quickly, but not long. Most of our customers are garment factories, what we need is reorder again and again, but these "smart" methods mean one-off deal, the customer won’t come back again. So we reject those all along.
So we can't see each other, but we must cheat nobody, we are look forward to your reorder.
Q: Are you the lowest price?
A: We aren't the lowest price.
When you were happy to get low price, what you knew was that the supplier lowered the price, what you didn't know was that he was thinking of changing the fur grade from 1 to 2, and mixing the porous fur more. Unfortunately you knew nothing even you were watching the products, because fur is natural, variable, full of hair and grade 1 and 2 are very similar. Only the technician can recognize those.

My Story
Let's start with my own story.
I’m YangChangqiang, as a hot-blooded youth., I found a hot job with my effort, electronic engineer, when graduated from Qingdao University in 2003.
Electronic work needed to go to work site to solve problems usually. I still remember I took the super long elevator, arrived at the coal mine 500m below ground, to fix the coal belt inverter. I ran again and again on the 10m high huge crane to debug crane controller.I became the team leader with my efforts later. But little by little I felt that I had touched the ceiling. So I had to resign and tried to start my own business.
I thought 2 points were very important.
1.A stable and competitive industry.
Fur is an old, stable industry, My hometown is the largest fur animal farming and trade base, 80% of fur products come from here in China.
2. A virtuous partner.
Usually the partners can struggle together at first, but separate when business is big. So a virtuous partner is very important.
Guanfeng, a credible man(the following photo), and I were classmates in high school. He has worked in fur industry for more than 10 years, a fur expert. He knows everything about the fur, the breed, the birthplace, the age, even if he only touches it once.
It’s a lucky to struggle for our own business with credible partner. But we still needed put more efforts in the beginning. I remember I took bus for the whole night, 800km, arrived at client’s office at 8 a.m. the next day, for signing contract. I also remember we worked till midnight for one week to catch the time limit.
I have gained many experiences and have learned many lessons during these years.I believe I will go on and never stop.
Our Factory
We are a traditional fur making factory, I just say something you are concerned, no polite formula.
As a local fur factory, we have made fur products for 4 generations. Many family members also run fur factories, we help each other.
All of our suppliers are the animal farms which have run for many years. Guanzhen, our buyer, goes to the fur skin markets almost everyday.
Fur is natural product, no unified standards, and ordinary people seldom contact with it in daily life, so it’s hard to recognize “good” and “bad”. In fact, there is a lot of confusion in fur industry. For example, sample is grade I fur, but bulk production is grade II, because most people can’t recognize them. Some factories can cover up the bald spots or small holes on fur skin with some "professional" method.
But we know that kind of "clever idea" is shortsighted. So we keep rejecting stretched fur skins, spliced fur skins and so on. it is our bottom line.
One time, Ms Shen made 10 thousand down coats for a big US company. One fur factory supplied yellow fox fur collars to Ms Shen. At first the sample was good. But she found that the hair was too soft to stand when received the first batch. Ms Shen could say nothing to him because the size met the requirements.
Her friend,our client, introduced us to her. Guanfeng checked and told her that the fur was hormone fur. But Ms Shen knew nothing.
Ms Shen let us make the collars at last, Guanfeng checked the fox fur himself. Ms Shen was very satisfied when received. She said that all the collar orders will be given to us in the future!
Another time, we just finished fur slippers making before the end of the day, and planned to deliver the next day, Mr. Bi called anxiously, he said the delivery time was changed to 8 o'clock the next day. It meant too late if delivered the next day.
It was very urgent, I carried the goods to the airport at 2 a.m. I drove for 4 hours and arrived at 6 a.m. Mr. Bi was very thankful and he said nobody could do like this except you.
With our efforts, especially the extra services, many big apparel companies became our customers, like RONON, Yellow Snow, and so on.
With 42 years experiences, we are good at making fur products of meeting export's and big brands' requirements. 70% is for export, 80% big customers reordered. There is no quality complaint for the third year in succession.
