Features

Usage
1. To add 2-4% curing agent based on the weight ratio and currently mix and to use it right after it was ready.
2. Stirring the mixed rubber material, and then put it into the vacuum box for air extracting 3--5mins. The mold can be made after defoaming.
3. The curing rate of this product is closely relevant to the temperature. The higher temperature is or greater humidity is, curing speed is faster. On the basis of weather condition, users can adjust the curing agent dosage, thus reaching the best curing time.
Packing, Storage and Attentions:
1. In general, the liquid silicone rubber is packed in iron drum, 25KG/drum, and the curing agent is 1L/plastic bottle.
2. Sealed for the products, and store it in the cool place, avoid rand and sun exposure.
3. The storage period is half a year. If there is an increase in viscosity, stir it before using, the performance will be same. It can be used after re-tested when it exceed the storage period.
4. The product is non-dangerous. During the operation, try to prevent any possibility of eyes and skin contact with the curing agent. In case of touching it, wash the affected skin thoroughly by soap, flushing with clean running water immediately for 5minutes at least, and then consult the doctor if necessary.
