Short reacting time. The maximum expansion force can be reached within 10 minutes. The reacting time can be also modified between 10 minutes to 10 hours.
Long quality guarantee period. Under a condition of storing the expansive mortar in a dry place with a constant temperature between 15℃-30℃. the quality of the product can be last for 2 years.
Safe and environment friendly. Silent expansive mortar is a perfect agent to break rocks and primary concretes with non-explosion effects, which does not involve vibration, noise, or dust. Moreover, no harmful gas or remaining object can be engendered while using the product, it is a nuisanceless environment friendly product.
Easy to operate and control. There is neither explosive nor fire needed during the operation. Simply mix the expansive mortar with clear water and inject the mixture into the drilled holes is sufficient. No specific training on operators is required. Furthermore, depending on individual needs, the expansive mortar helps to slice or break rocks and primary concretes based on different drilling distances.

Q: What is the reacting time after inject the mixture of expansive mortar and how long can the expansive force last?
A: Usually it takes 10 minutes to react. The expansive force can be last for 8 hours.
Q: When is the best time to inject the mixture of expansive mortar?
A: The best time to inject the mixture is between 6 and 7 am. However, this depends on the temperature of the working environment. The expansive mortar shall be used between 0℃-35℃. Beyond this temperature range, specific supplementary means have to be applied. Temperature of the water plays an important role in terms of the expansion force. There might be accelerate or delay of breaking rocks or primary concretes caused by the temperature of the water. While mixing the expansive mortar with 10℃-15℃ water will lead to a maximum expansion force.
Q: What kind of expansive mortar can you offer?
A: Depending on the temperature of extracting mines or breaking primary concretes, there are 3 different models can be ordered. Importantly, the 3 models shall not be used by mixing with each other.

Q: What is the best distance to drill holes for filling the mixture of expansive mortar?
A: In terms of breaking marble, the best distance between holes is 5-10 cm. However, this also depends on the size of the bit. The recommended drill bit is 34 mm. In case of breaking other items, the recommended distance is 30 to 50 cm.

The products are packed in plastic bags (5 kg/pack). For transportation convenience, each 4 packs can be fitted into 1 carton. Each carton (size: 32*24*19 cm) is weighted 20 kg.
Normally, each truck can transport 54 tons of expansive mortar. The cartons can be either bound by plastic film or wooden pallet (approximately 1 to 1.2 tons/set). If the products needed to be loaded with wooden pallet, each pallet costs extra USD $15.
Nevertheless, package can be adjusted according requirement of our customers, including the design of the carton and plastic bags.
The products will be transported to Shekou or Yantian Port Station in Shenzhen, or to Huangpu Port Station in Guangzhou by truck (9,800 CNY / Truck needs to be financed by customer). From the port on, Alibaba can take over the roll to ship the containers to abroad, including clarifying custom issues.
