Silane Siloxanes

 Description:
    RJ-WP03E is a non-ionic silane / siloxane emulsion. This product is a excellent penetration waterproofing agent, when RJ-WP03E is coated on the surface of the substrate, it will penetrate into the substrate and does not block capillary. Hydrophobic film is formed by the reaction of reactive groups,and combined with hydroxyl groups in the substrate to form a Si-R siloxane chain. It will fill the micro pores, improve the strength of the substrate. After the construction, its water contact angle can reach 120°or more with high water resistance ability.RJ-WP03E is the ideal choice for building materials and stone surface protection.

Use guide:
Diluted RJ-WP03E emulsion to 4%-8%(Active Content), added 5-10 fold water to RJ-WP03E and mixed uniformly before use. First clean the substrate surface, methods of application include roller, brush or a low pressure sprayer. To obtain a good waterproof performance, bursh or spray the substrate 2 times.The neutral substrates such as stone, added 0.5% organic tin catalyst (by active content weight) to the diluted emulsion before use. After the construction, substrate need 7 days protection ensure to silicone resin fully cured.

Storage:
Sealed storage under 5-30℃, Avoid contact with acids and alkali substance.
