 Production process for leather holster
1.Die process: Drawing the shape, then processing knife mold.
2.Procurement of raw materials: Decide the grade of the original leather, and then cut the leather materials.
3.Moulding: The moulding is divided into deep moulding and shallow moulding. Moulding is required to consistent with the gun type; It has a great influence on the appearance.
4.Stitching: Hand stitching is better than machine sewing. Thick string is more durable than thin one. The stitches are uniform.
5.Edge banding: Wax seal. The most important part in this process is to check whether it is even and durable.
6.Coloring:Coloring the leathers. It will have slight color difference.
7.Marking and embossing: It needs to have the mould.
8.Install hardware accessories.
