INTRODUCTION:

1)Type ZJB side entry mixer is a product is suitable for conditions such as inflammable, explosive and medium with suspended solid. The mechanical seal have long operating life and can be replaced when the medium is in the vessel.

 2)Type ZJB side entry mixer can also be configured different mechanical seals according to other requirements for diverse medium and conditions.

STRUCTURE:

Type ZJB side entry mixer is made of motor, reducer, mechanical seal and coupling, shaft, impeller, stander, fixing flange and so on.

USE AND FEATURE ;

The reducer for type ZJB side entry mixer works on transmission of a pair of spiral bevel gears. It has compact structure and high efficiency and can be used for explosive condition when it is equipped with explosion proof motor. Equipped with propellers or high efficiency hydrofoil impellers, it is usually used in mixing of low viscosity medium, suspension of solid. The typical use of Type ZJB side entry mixer is in large storage tanks, absorption tower in FGD etc.

 WORKING CONDITIONS:

1. Ambient temperature is from -40°C to 40°C.

2.Power supply of motor rating voltage is 380V, rating frequency is 50HZ. (for domestic client)

3. Reducer is applicable for continuous work, and could run forward and in reverse according to impeller.

4. The highest input rating speed should not exceed 1500r/min. Output rating speed can be 350,280,250,190r/min.

5. Do not run the reducer at an overload.
