1.With glue as the bonding agent, the vertical net belt laminating machine uses high temperature-resistant net belt as pressing material to ensure the laminating material completely contacts with the cylinder dryer, which improves drying effect, and ensures that the laminated material feels soft and has excellent fastness and superb resistance to water washing.
2. The net belt is equipped with an automatic infrared deviation-adjusting device to effectively prevent the running deviation of net belt and prolong the service life of the net belt.
3. The heating system consists of two groups of heaters, so users can select heating mode (one group or two groups of heaters) according to their requirements to effectively save energy and reduce production cost.
4. Users can select DC motor or variable frequency drive with linkage control system according to their requirements to provide more excellent operability.
--Glue type: Water-based;
--Equipped with high quality heat resistance net belt and Use the water-based glue, it makes the laminated materials contact with the drying cylinder closely, to improve the drying effect, and make the laminated product soft, washable, and strengthen adhesive fastness.
--It has two sets of heating systems, user can select one or two according to your need, to save energy and reduce production cost;
--Teflon, coated on the surface of heating roller, can efficaciously prevent the hot melt adhesive against sticking on the surface of roller and carbonization;
--The net belt is equipped with automatic infrared deviation adjusting device, which can effectively prevent the deviation, and extend its service life;
--For clamp roller, both hand wheel adjustment and the pneumatic control are available;
--Vertical structure, lower breakdown rate and longer service time;
--Improve the quality of the products greatly, save cost;
