Yes. Our blank samples are free charge, but the freight for express is on buyer's account. If you want custom samples, that would be charge you the samples cost.

Generally, we pack our goods in pp bag plus brown cartons. If you have special requirements, we can pack according to your standards.

We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production, then do random inspection before packing, we have 100% test before delivery, taking pictures after packing.
5. If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
If any breakage or defect products were found, you will take the pictures from the original carton. All the breakage ones will be refundable by next order.
6. What is the normal lead time?
For small orders, if have stocks will send within 10 work days after the day we receive your 30% deposit. For large quantity, the delivery time is about 30-40 work days after the day we receive your 30% deposit.

T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
