1. How can I get a sample ?

Just contact us about what kind of display do you need, and we will send the sample for you within 3 days, and will send tracking number to you once we get it from forwarder. 

2. What is the delivery time ?

Lcd module sample is 3-5 days. Mass order would be about 2 weeks.

3. What's your payment term ? 

50% payment in advance, 50% balance before delivery.

4. Will you provide tracking number after delivery ? 

Yes, we will send client tracking number once we get it from forwarder.

1. How can I get datasheet or other technical files ?

2. Can you support touch screen on the display ?

Yes, we produce touch screen module and display, can provide global clients with resistive touch panel or capacitive touch panel, depends on what you need. 

3. Could you make brighter display?

Yes, based on the present luminance of lcd module, we could make the display module brighter, sunlight readable as well. Please tell your requirements about the project. Our engineer will work out a feasible solution and customize brighter backlight for you. 

4. Can I get custom solution for my individual project ?

Yes, we support customized TFT lcd display module. Our engineers have rich module knowledge to carry on your lcd module project.

5. What Kind of packaging for lcd module? How do you guarantee shipped product not damaged?
Our products are divided into two categories. Small - medium size use knife card isolation packaging, large size screens use aircraft box packaging. All packages are protected by outer box and foam box to ensure the safety transportation of lcd module display.
