This machine is designed to produce mozzarella cheese/cheddar cheese. It includes elevator with feed funnel, automatic control, cutting curd\cooking\stretching\moulding, speed adjustable system, hot water generating and recirculation system, include valves, filter, pump and piping for water rout.
The cutter, stretcher, squeezer and shape mold are controlled separately. The speed of each one can be adjusted by frequency transducer.
Shape mold: the type and size of mozzarella shape is accord to customer’s requirement and supply one unit with machine. If need more it may be custom made.
