working principle:
The air discharged from the coal mill enters the classifier with the material from the lower air duct, and is rectified by the inner cone to decelerate along the annular
passage between the outer cones. The coarse powder is slipped along the outer cone side wall by gravity settlement. Into the coarse powder receiving cylinder to achieve gravity sorting. The air after gravity separation forms a stable horizontal vortex particle separation zone between the guide vane and the rotor under the action of the guide vanes of the guide vanes and the rotation of the rotor. The dust particles moving in the eddy current will be affected by gravity, wind and centrifugal force. The small and slight particles will be sucked into the rotor through the air outlet pipe with the airflow, and then collected into the dust to be separated as the finished fine powder.
