The disc type microporous aerator is designed with slightly raised arch surface and ABS engineering plastics as the main body. The diaphragm of disc aerator is made of special imported rubber (EPDM) with anti adhesion surface by special processing, and the opening of microporous aerator diaphragm is selected from Germany, which ensures the quality and accuracy of the hole. When the disc aerator is aerated with oxygen, six air supply troughs are designed on the main disc surface, so that the incoming air can be directly sent to the center after buffered by the check valve, so as to ensure that the diaphragm can be easily opened with low resistance at one time. Disc aerator adopts rib anti lock mechanical assembly to ensure that the diaphragm does not fall off. When the air enters, the micropores on the air distribution film inflate to ensure that the air passes through. When the aeration is stopped, the variable micropores on the air distribution membrane are closed. Because the variable micropores on the air distribution membrane expand and contract by themselves, the micropores on the membrane passing through the disk aerator are prevented from being blocked. Secondly, a check valve device is set on the chassis of the disc microporous aerator to prevent the mixed liquid from entering the air distribution branch pipe when the gas supply of the pipeline system stops, so as to avoid the blockage caused by the mixed liquid entering the branch pipe. The air entering the disc type aerator does not need special filtration, and the intermittent aeration is not blocked. In addition, great technical improvements are made to the phenomenon that the air distribution film of disc type aerators is easy to blow and tear, and the film can not be opened or blocked. These technical reforms make it free from the pain of maintenance in long-term operation. The disc type aerator is a good product.
The design of air pipe of disc microporous aerator should consider the pressure balance and form a ring network. Each group of air inlet pipe should be equipped with valves to adjust the air volume. Design flow rate of air pipe: 10-15m / s for main pipe and 5m / s for branch pipe.
