Working principle of Separating pulp and seed machine /pulp beating machine

Motor drive the rotor rotation through belt with high speed,put crushed fruit in to the mouth,scraper beat and spread the fruit or vegetable evenly in the screen.

Due to the rotation of the scraper and the existence of the lead angle,the material moves along the cylinder to the outlet end, and the moving trajectory is spiral. The material is subjected to centrifugal force during the movement between the scraper and the screen cylinder. After grinding, the juice and flesh (has been pulped) are sent from the sieve hole to the next process, (the double-channel and three-channel beaters are linked to repeat the above process), the skin and seeds are discharged from the slag hopper To achieve the purpose of automatic separation. As long as the screens of different specifications are changed and the lead angle of the scraper is adjusted, different beating speeds can be changed to obtain satisfactory results;

The device is made of stainless steel except for the transmission part, and the seal is made of food-grade rubber.
