  A.We produce whole series of rams including ddr2, ddr3, ddr4 capacity from 2GB to 16gb, SSD 120GB to 1TB.

5.Q.Which kind of payment method do you accepte ? 

l A:Paypal and Western union is accepted for small amount payment, like samples cost. While T/T is recommended in the future normal business.

7.Q.How to deliver the goods to our address?
  A.We can send the goods by express company like DHL,EMS to mostly of the world countries, to Asia and Middle east also choose to send by ARAMEX.
    For big quatity order the better way is send by AIR.

8.Q.How to get warranty if there have RMA goods?
  A.We make sure all the rams been tested 100% before sending to our clients to make sure the lowest RMA rate. Meanwhile our rams are made by original chips to make sure the high quality grade and lowest RMA rate.If really have goods can not work, please send the goods back to us, we will repair and resend the goods to you in next order free or charge.

9.Q.What is the leading time of the order?
  A.Usually we deliver the good within 2-3 work days for samples, 3-7 work days for mass order.
