Product Introduction

Most efficient solution for waste margin stripping of cardboard, thin corrugated paper and common corrugated paper in the printing and packaging industry.
Paper ranges from 150gsm -1000gsm cardboard, single and double corrugated paper and double laminated corrugated paper.

1. High-speed running gear is cycle driven through an air motor which strips waste margin paper with sharp teeth gear. The gear has
high strength, high hardness, wear resistance, long life and easy replacement.

2. To improve the productivity of the machine we provide pre-loader to feed twice the paper, variable speed paper feeding structure, 
auto paper collecting structure, pneumatic sampling structure, auto timing oil lubricating and forced air cooling for main drive 
lubricating deviced to this machine.

3. Improves stripping efficiency by 10 times - finishing the task only in 10-30 minutes thereby greatly shortening the delivery cycle.

4. Worker can operate the machine after simple training.

5. No damage is caused for the bonding area while stripping and it improves the efficiency of the gluing / automatic packing process.

2. What is the terms of payment you accept?
  We usually accept the T/T payment, we need 30% of total amount as deposit,

pay the 70% balance before delivery, but we can also accept the L/C.
 3. Where is your factory located ? How can I visit there?
  Our factory located in Dongguang County, Hebei Province, China., near to the

capital city Beijing and port Tianjin. You can fly to Beijing airport directly and we

will pick you up there.
 4. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
  Quality is priority. We always regard great importance to quality controlling from

the very small thing(even a small screw we will choose the best quality) from the
