Work process:

The machine manually put the metal tubes{max 16 tubes} into the tube-holding base.Change angular potion of each tube by means of meachanical transmission.Photoeletric detartvice is used to detect the postion of tube and if there is any tube in right position,to starts to fill the tube with fixed quan-tity ,the tube will then be dual-sealed,and with a number printed on the surface the tube is finlly ejected.

a. Drum press is no porblem, we can add a pressure tank for your this type glue,
