Self adhesive bitumen waterproofing flashing tape is made of SBS elastomerand and bitumen as basic material. Polyethylene film, aluminium foil as surface finished material. One kind is with polyester reinforcement, the thickiness has 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm, another kind is without reinforcement, any thickness is available.

1.Roofs - Construction and Repair

•Sealing roof skirtings (upstands) and eave pieces/edge flashing to felt. 

•Sealing around RSJ’s, extraction vents and concrete columns and capping corrugated roof apex prior to fixing crest. 

•Roof cappings/repairs to damaged slates and tiles/replacing stolen lead and damaged lead flashings. 

2.Drainage System- Repairs and protection of pipework

•Gutter and valley linings and patch repairs. 

•Gutter joint repairs. 

•Down pipes and joint repairs/drip trays into gutters. 

3.Glazing Repairs

•Emergency repairs to glass/glazing bars/roof lights/vehicle maintenance. 

•Sealing leaks in vans, trucks, and caravans. 

STORAGE:

Store under cover, out of direct sunlight and protect from extreme temperature. In tropical climates the product must be stored in an air-condition environment. Shelf life is up to 12 months when stored as per recommended storage condition.
