2. Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy
Please make confirmation well before mass production .
We do not refund if customer change order after confirmation .
Usually ,we offer 1‰ defective rate replacement , if damage or broken quantity exceeded upon your receive, please takes pictures
and contact sales immediately .due to keep high level of customer service, we will always endeavor to keep customers happy andx
satisfied.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced ,all cost on ours. Or provide with a refund the Total value of the faulty and
damaged products .
For better cooperation ,we prefer to ship the replacement with next order (shipment) to save cost, it depends on customer’s
request.
How long is the lead time for samples?
A:Mostly within 1 week after confirmed all details , ship way:by DHL/Fedex/UPS, take about 3-4 days on the way.
Could I get some free samples?
A: for plain unbranded glassware ,Sure,free samples can supply if you can afford the freight charges.
If apply to your unique logo and design ,we will charge sample cost, and it will be refund to your order.
What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A:We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc
Do you have your own factory ?
A:Yes,we are factory with LFGB certificate.We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation
based on technique.
Could I use my own logo or design on goods?
A:Yes,silk screen and customised package is available.
What is the payment team?
A:30% T/T ,70% balance before shipment,L/C at sight,Paypal,West Union etc.
How to place an order?
1. Sample approval.
2. Client makes 50% deposit or open LC after receiving our PI.
3. Client approves our pp sample, and get the testing report if any necessary .
4. Mass Production.
5. Arrange shipment.
6. Supplier arranges necessary documents and sends copy of these documents.
7. Client effect balance payment.
