Positive (+): two purplish red bands appear. One is located in the detection area (t) and the other is located in the control area (c). Negative (-): only one purplish red band appears in the control area (c). There is no purple-red band in the detection area (t).
Invalid: there is no purple-red band in the control area (c) within 5 minutes. Prompt improper operation or failure of test paper, which needs to retest with a new strip/cassette/midstream.
