A:1.During production, we will send customers production photos and make  atest report before the balance. 2.After finish loading container, we will send loading details and loading pictures for your reference. 3.we can design the bran logo and package for you!

4.What’s your delivery port and delivery time?

A:Our delivery port is Ningbo port or Shanghai port. Delivery time is 20-25 days after deposit received.

5: Can we use our shipping agent?

A:Yes, you can. We had cooperated with many forwarders. If you need, we can recommend some forwarders to you and you can compare the prices and service.

6: How can I visit you?

A:Our company is in wuyi, zhejiang. We will pick you up after you arrive at the yiwu airport or the high-speed railway station. We would appreciate it if you could inform us in advance.

A:For small sample,we can offer for free.For one container order,sample for free.For completely doors, we have to charge cost on actual situation. And we will refund the sample charge to you if you place the order next time.

10.Can you make the door according to our drawing?

A:Yes,we can.But you should send us drawing to check first,then we talk in details.lf we can’t make it,we will inform you.

11. How about your warranty?

A:Warranty is two-five years.
