Machine introduction for the shrimp grader machine:
Shrimp washing grading machine, this whole product line is made up of feeding delivery system,
Second time washing and feeding system, and 6 grades shrimp grader machine. The machine mainly used to wash the shrimp and grade the shrimp according to the shrimp size.
Machine main part for the shrimp grader machine:
the machine is equipped with two delivery conveyor belts, every belt bottom is equipped with one washing groove, the belt is build in the groove, after the shrimp pass through the water, it will be delivery up by the conveyor and move forward.
The second conveyor mainly use to feeding the shrimp into next grading system evenly. So that the grading effect will be better.
Machine features for the shrimp grader machine:
1. The machine is equipped with washing groove, which has the Nozzles on the groove to rinse the shrimp.
2. There are waste water outlet equipped on the groove bottom. The water outlet is connected with the filter device. The waste water will flow to the outlet and pass through the filter device, and then recycle use.
3. Whole machine material is made of 304 stainless steel.
4. Grader roller distance can be adjusted by the Synchronous spacing adjustment technique.
5. Grader roller speed adopts variable frequency adjustment.
6. Grader size common for 6 grades, the grading size can be adjusted.
