Q: If I have our own design, are you able to make my design products with my brand?
A: Yes , we have more than 15 years experience making related OEM metal and plastic products.
We will need your samples, 2D or 3D drawing to make quotation. If mold and unit price are acceptable, we will start to make molds, and send you first sample for approval after 25~35 days. After the first sample is approved, we will get mass production order started.

Q: Do you accept small order or Less Container Load Order?
A: Yes, our company policy is very flexible.   Every customer is like our good friend. We have to do everything possible to help if we are able to do. Quantity is not a concern.

Q: What is your lead time?
A: We usually ship orders within 30~45 days, but we will ship you immediately when we have stock available.

Q: If my orders are confirmed, how can I pay you?
A: We are available with T/T transfer, L/C, Western Union, MoneyGram, and PayPal.

Q: What is your payment term?
A: Our payment term is usually By T/T 30% upon order confirmation, 70% from receipt of copy B/L. If you have special requests, welcome to comment.

Q: Do you have min shipment required?
A: For sea and airfreight shipment, if your Shipment amount is less than USD 8,000, handling fee $200 to FOB will be lured. If your order is smaller, we will add delivery cost on invoice and send you by express way or post office. We will help you to calcuate the best solution.
