1. Printing substrate: It can be printed on paper, cloth, PVC plastic, leather, etc.

   color:gold/silver/black/red

2:. Printing method: You can first print text or patterns on the substrate with general offset or silk screen printing (the ink color should be as light as possible)

3:After the ink of the scratch ink pattern is dry, use 43-77T/cm screen (water-based mesh) to print the transparent ink on the surface of the pattern, if it needs to be diluted. It can be diluted by adding a small amount of distilled water. When it meets with water, it will become transparent and the ink will become a white film to cover the pattern below. If you want to strengthen the hiding power, after the treatment water becomes transparent, the screen printing ink is dried, and then another layer is printed.

5:The scratch  ink can be air-dried naturally or blown with hot air at 80-100°C for 3-5 minutes.

6: Shelf life: The water-based screen printing ink that becomes transparent when exposed to water is stored in a cool place, and the shelf life is more than 12 months. It expresses patterns and words on the substrate through printing. The ink includes the main components and auxiliary components, which are uniformly mixed and rolled to form a viscous colloidal fluid. It is composed of binder (resin), pigments, fillers, additives and solvents.

7:Scratch inks are widely used in inks, such as azo and phthalocyanine pigments; the latter have better light resistance, heat resistance, solvent resistance, and concealment, such as titanium white, cadmium red, chrome green, Ultramarine etc. Pigments are colored in the form of particles and do not dissolve. They are the most commonly used colorants in inks. While the dye is formulated into a solution when in use, it is colored in a molecular state, and the effect is not as good as that of a pigment. The pigment can give the ink different colors and color density, and make the ink have a certain viscosity and dryness.
