Excavator magnet is mainly used in metallurgy, mining, machinery, transportation and other industries to lift steel products and steel scraps. 2. The rectifier module adopts radiator fan protection. When the electrical panel is energized, the fan remains static. When the magnet is activated, the contactor starts and the fan start to run. When the contactor has no action for more than 30 minutes, the fan stops automatically, this greatly extends the fan service life.

3. Reverse degaussing time can be set. The longer the degaussing time, the lower the heating efficiency of the magnet will be. Generally speaking, the longer the degaussing time, the better magnetic is.

4. Circuit current protection, three-phase AC fuse protection, output DC to magnet still has fuse protection, control circuit protection.

5.The magnet is a winding coil system, no mechanical action. If working at the rated voltage according to the correct operating procedures, with full protection control cabinet, it can be used around 8 years to 10 years.

The safety factor of the electromagnet is higher. When designing the magnets, we focus on the magnetic conductivity improvement of high temperature materials and ultra-high temperature materials, so the safety factor is high.

In the design, the influence of the maximum air gap (the worst working condition) is considered. During the fabrication process, the core and the roof are pressed and welded by the door type oil press when the coil assembly is assembled, which can improve the suction and enhance the heat dissipation effect.
