Pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new type of transmission machinery, the use of compre-ssed air as a power source, for a variety of corrosive liquid, liquid with particles, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, highly toxic liquid, can be sucked out.
Pneumatic diaphragm pump is a displacement pump driven by compressed air and caused by diaphragm reciprocating deformation of volume change. Its working principle is similar to that of plunger pump. Due to the characteristics of the working principle of pneumatic diaphragm pump, the pneumatic diaphragm pump has the following characteristics:
(1) the pump will not overheat: compressed air for power, in the exhaust is an expansion of heat absorption process, the air pump work temperature is reduced, no harmful gas emissions.
(2) no spark: the pneumatic diaphragm pump does not use electricity as power, grounding and prevent electrostatic spark.
