Centrifugal pump is an elaborately developed chemical process pump of new generation which absorbed the advanced technology of both home and aboard,and eliminated the technical defects of IH and CZ chemical process pump,with the advantages of better anti-cavitation performance, stable sealing performance, smooth operation and easy maintenance. The high interchangeability,transforming structures and various anti-corrosive materials satisfy the requirements of different applications,and therefore is widely used.

Heavy shaft of increased diameter, the bearing capacity of bearings is averagely increased by 75~160%, the life of bearings are tremendously extended.
Forced internal cooling cartridge mechanical seal and big sealing chamber reduced the possibility of breakdown.
Easy adjust method of pump rotor part to maintain low pressure of sealing chamber, to reduce the axial force,and therefore guaranteed the stable operation of pump.
Several transforming designs enlarged the range of application of pump, increased the reliability of pumping special fluids.
High interchangeability of pump parts reduced the cost on spares parts for clients.
Structure:
Single stage,single suction,horizontal centrifugal pump. Bracket structure for bearing parts, the bearing housing is supported by the bracket. The axial displacement of pump rotor part can be adjusted by a special bolt.
The impeller is connected with shaft by screw thread, an anti-vortex plate is adopted at the pump inlet to increase the
reliability of pump.
The impeller with rear blades is adopted to balance the axial force at the pump suction. And the gap between the rear blades of impeller and pump cover can be adjusted by a bolt.
The pump structure is back pull type,the rotor part(impeller,shaft,shaft sealing and bearings) can be removed without dismantling the pipes during maintenance.
The shaft sealing is cartridge mechanical seal, and can be customized as single mechanical seal, packing sealing and secondary impeller+packing sealing.
Application:
chemical process pump is suitable to pump clean fluids, fluids with small quantity of small particles and corrosive fluids. The fluids including: inorganic acid,organic acid, petrochemical fluids,organic compounds and other corrosive fluids. Pump is mainly applicable for:
Refinery,petrochemical industries,coal mine process industry and low temperature projects.
Chemical industry,paper-making,paper pulp industry,sugar industry.

For small testing orders,we accept Paypal,Western Union,T/T and credit Card.
For mass orders,we accept T/T and L/C.
Q5.How do you control the quality?
Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality.We control the quality from beginning to the end.We only have 304 and 316L two different materials.100% inspection on raw material.During production,different materials in different place.After materials are finished,we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.
Q6.If there is any quality problem,how do you solve it?
We are proud that we never let one customer leave us.We are not 100% perfect,there is some quality problem.We try our best to provide the correct materials in the beginning,so we need less time for quality problem.If there is any quality problem,we take the responsibility.We believe what we are doing together,it will get back tomorrow.If we leave our responsibility,customer will leave us.If we always take our responsibility,we keep our customers with us.
