Jet Suction Dredger is self-propelled or non self-propelled, portable sand suction dredger. Hull can be dismantled and re-assemble easily with box structure. It is equipped with horizontal shifting devices,lifting devices, spud devices and so on. It is widely used in sand-excavating, river dredging, channel maintenance and broaden, desilting, blow fields stretched, port construction, etc. 

The working principle of the jet suction sand dredger is to use high pressure water to flush the sediment through the high-pressure water gun, and meanwhile it could efficiently suck the sand by sand pump, then delivery to the destination.

3.Features  

Dredgers can dredge and discharge sand/mud at the same time without other ships for transportation. So the cost will be much lower and they can reach big production capacity of several thousand cubic meters per hour and also several thousand meters discharge distance.

Dredgers are dismountable. So they can be disassembled and assembled easily. Thus it is convenient for the transportation by road, rail or water.

4.Dredge Pump 

The dredge pump is high efficiency made from wear resistant casting impeller and liners fitted on heavy duty shaft and high quality roller bearings.

The impeller is fitted on the shaft by trapezoid thread directly machine on the shaft end. The shaft sealing is a water cooled sealing that can be replaced after wear life. The impeller is a special type of double curved vanes high efficiency and wear life optimized tested in laboratory and onboard of dredgers. The impeller is fixed on the shaft by trapezoid thread machined directly in the impeller hub.

The pump casing has a shape of a volute designed of a high efficiency and wear life optimized tested in laboratory and onboard of dredgers. The pump liners are made of high wear resistant materials and thick wall thickness to maximize the wear life. The casting covers are made from fabricated steel stiffened where necessary and machining to fit the case and the liners.

5.Operation cabin 

The dredger is equipped with an operation cabin that provides good visibility all around and good safely performance because of two lockable doors and a front window. And the dredger cabin is equipped with rest chair, air conditioner, the noise is very low, suitable for long working time. To pass low bridge and for road transport easily, the controlling room can be dismounted.
