The main process for small and medium capacity palm kernel oil expeller machine :
1. Crushing : Crushing palm kernel into small 4-6 pieces ,make palm kernel easy for pressing
2. Cooking : To fry and cook palm kernel ,make it reach the best condition for pressing
3. Pressing : Use special palm kernel oil extraction machine ,to extract palm kernel oil from palm kernel ,the oil residue in the cake is about 6%-8%
4. Filtration : Removing impurities in the palm kernel oil
