SS316L Food Application Flat Membrane Food Grade Flush Diaphragm Pressure Transmitter


HDP502 Hygienic type flat film pressure transmitter meets the requirement of GMP, which is suitable for the hygienic level system. In such a system, the medium can not contact with the instrument measuring system. Diaphragm seals do not produce dead corners or areas that cannot be emptied. These instruments have the advantages of quick disassembly, convenient assembly, non-pollution, easy cleaning, stable and reliable technical performance, and can be widely used in pharmaceutical, food, beverage, cheese, and water treatment industries. Pressure-sensitive core adopts high-performance silicon piezoresistive pressure filling core. The internal ASIC converts the sensor millivolt signal into standard voltage, current or frequency signal, which can be directly connected with a computer interface card, control instrument, intelligent instrument or PLC. Current output mode can be used for distance transmission. It has a small volume, lightweight, all stainless steel sealing structure and can work in a corrosive environment. The product is easy to install and has high anti-vibration and anti-impact performance. It is widely used in process control, aviation, aerospace, automobile, medical equipment, HVAC and other fields.
