Firstly, the thicker the wall thickness of the product is, the more economic and practical it is. The thinner the wall thickness is, the higher the processing cost will be.
Secondly, the process of the product determines its limited performance. Generally, the steel tube has low precision: uneven wall thickness, low brightness on the outer surface of the tube, high cost of fixed ruler, and the inner surface has pitting, black spots are not easy to remove;
Thirdly, its detection and shaping must be handled off-line.Therefore, it shows its superiority in high pressure, high strength and mechanical structure.

Product Process
1. Hot rolling (extrusion seamless steel tube) : round tube billet → heating → perforation → three-roll oblique rolling,
continuous rolling or extrusion → pipe stripping → sizing (or reducing) → cooling → straightening → hydrostatic test (or flaw detection) → marking → storage.

2. Cold drawing (rolling) seamless steel pipe: round tube billet → heating → perforation → starting → annealing → pickling → oil coating (copper plating) → multiple times cold drawing (cold rolling) → billet tube → heat treatment → straightening → hydrostatic test (flaw detection) → marking → storage.
