Radiator Tube Ends with Reinforcement

Our new technology of tube ends with reinforcement. This technology will greatly enhance the seismic performance of the radiator and reduce water leakage.

Radiator Fins with Reinforcement

The thickness of fins before reinforcement is 0.08mm, after reinforced the fins ends thickness will be 0.16mm. it will make the fins stronger.

Radiator Header Plate with Reinforcement

We have developed a special reinforced radiator header plate for high horsepower trucks.

Intercooler Header Plate with Reinforcement

We made a special treatment for the intercooler header in order to increase the brazing faying face, the increased welding area makes the intercooler very strong.

Lugs to Original Design Standards

This is our lifting lug for Renault radiators, it is the same as original lug on renault radiator . So our products are more
competitive than others.

Full Welding Process

We use a riveted fixing process on the side frame of the radiator, where there are no riveted designs, an all-welded process is used.
