The sorting & polishing machine is applied for not only the polishing & static getting rid of for capsules, but also automatic rejecting of those defective capsules, including light, empty, broken or separated capsules. All sizes of capsules can be processed in this machine, and there is no need of dies exchanging.
The whole machine is made of stainless steel. The brush in the sorting cylinder is fast connected, and it’s convenient to clean completely. The rotary speed of the motor is controlled by the frequency convertor, stronger start torque can be taken, and the operation is stable and reliable.
