The undercarriage X-frame is one structural product of excavator undercarriage and mainly works with left and right side beams to realize the traveling of excavator. It’s mainly composed of large cap, upper and lower cover plates, and vertical rib plate and is fabricated by assembling, welding, and machining. All processes are fulfilled by advanced equipment both home and abroad and the non-destructive inspection is fulfilled for important portions.
Performance Parameters
This product is completely made of high performance materials of Japanese trademarks (SM490A and SS400), assembled by advanced tooling imported from , welded by IGM imported robots, and machined by high-precision machining center. All processes adopt international advanced processes and strictly follow the requirements of international standard and standard to guarantee high reliability of undercarriage X-frame.
