Our cylinder overriding advantages are mainly as following,

1. Materials:

The raw materials are purchased from certified manufacturers, with uniform thickness. Each batch of material has a corresponding quality inspection report.

2. Perfect production process, specializing in:

(1) Internal drying process: to ensure the inner walls free from moisture and rust.

(2) Inner wall polish: to ensure no impurities, showing metallic sheen. More suitable for filling high-purity gases, medical oxygen and other high quality industrial sectors.

(3) Thickness treatment of cylinder bottom: According to relevant standards, thickness of bottom touchdown point should be no less than twice that of designed nominal wall. This thickness of our cylinder is about 13 mm, which is up to the industrial criteria. It increases the safety factor and ensures safe operation of the cylinders, as well as prolongs its service life.

(4) Electrostatic spray: We use powder coating, non-toxic, no scratches, to ensure no surface falling and prolong service life. Some manufacturers use paint instead, which is toxic and non environment-friendly and getting rusty in case of moisture. It is easily lead to large areas of paint peeling and affect the image of appearance.

(5) Hydraulic volumetric expansion test: We test each cylinder by external hydrostatic test method, which can effectively detect volume of residual deformation rate to ensure quality products.

For small cylinders,less than 20L, packaged with carton/pc.

For big cylinders, more than 20L, packaged with net or pallet.
