Description
These SFP transceivers are high performance, cost effective modules supporting data-rate of 155M-2.5Gbps and 300m-120km transmission distance.
The transceiver consists of three sections: a VCSEL/FP/DFB laser transmitter, a PIN/APD photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA) and MCU control unit. All modules satisfy class I laser safety requirements.
Features
(1) Data-rate of 155M-2.5Gbps operation.
(2) Compliant with SFP MSA and SFF-8472 with duplex LC receptacle.
(3) Digital Diagnostic Monitoring: Internal Calibration or External Calibration.
(4) Compatible with RoHS.
(5) +3.3V single power supply.
(6) Operating case temperature range of 0°C to +70°C(Commercial) or -40°C to +85°C (Industrial).
