SF6 Gas Analyser CFJ-4 Type SF6 analyzer is a set of SO2, H2S, CO analyzer in one, the original use of 3 instruments to achieve the function, in one instrument. One field measurement can complete the detection of two indicators, greatly saving the gas in the equipment, one measurement saves 2/3 of the gas consumption, at the same time reduce the user's workload, improve work efficiency.
* quick gas saving: after starting the machine and entering the measurement state, the measurement time is about 5min.
* self-locking joint: adopt the original self-locking joint imported from Germany, safe and reliable, without air leakage.
* data storage: large capacity design is adopted, which can store up to 200 sets of test data.
* clear display: LCD screen directly displays SO2, H2S, CO content, time and date, etc.
* touch screen operation: touch screen control, more convenient operation.
* open calibration: this instrument has the calibration function and can complete the whole calibration work only by operating on the instrument.
* built-in power supply: built-in 4Ah rechargeable lithium battery, which can work for 8 hours continuously with a full time.

*Measurement
1. Connect SF6 equipment
Connect the threaded end of the measuring pipe with the switch joint, tighten it with a wrench, and close the needle valve on the other end of the measuring pipe;
Then insert one end of the quick connector on the test pipe into the sampling port on the tester; Connect the exhaust pipe to the air outlet;
Finally, connect the switch connector with the measuring interface of SF6 electrical equipment, and tighten it with a wrench.
2. Initialization
Turn on the instrument power switch and the instrument enters the initialization self-calibration process.
3. Check the electric quantity
This instrument is recommended to use direct current preferred, ac may affect the measurement results.
When using direct current, please check the battery power displayed in the upper right corner. If the battery power is lower than about 30%, please shut down and continue to use after charging.
*Start measuring
After the instrument completes the initialization and self-calibration, it will automatically enter the measurement state (press "return" to switch to the main menu, and press each function icon on the menu to enter the corresponding interface). At this time, the flow valve on the flowmeter will be fully opened, and then the flow will be adjusted to about 0.5lpm by adjusting the needle valve on the measurement pipeline.
5. Store data
After the equipment measurement is completed, the data can be saved in the instrument. Press "save" to enter the page of "data save", and press "ok" to save.
6. After the measurement, close the needle valve on the measurement pipe.
Remove the adapter from the SF6 electrical equipment. If you need to continue measuring other equipment, please do not turn off the instrument power, follow the steps above for the next measurement.
7. After the measurement, shut off the power of the tester.
