PROPERTIES

SEGA FIX Ultra Tack is one component, with an initial tack in 5 seconds, high strength performance hybrid based sealant. It is strongest among all types of Montage Adhesives, without harming the environment or the human health.

* Bonds heavy objects to all types of surfaces.
* Dries quickly and achieves strong preliminary bonding on all surfaces.
* It is sanitary.
* Good for bonding and sealing in wet, humid conditions.
* Odorless, leaves no oil residue and does not damage the applied surface.
* Can be painted over with all types of paint, including water-based.

APPLICATIONS

Ultra Tack is suitable for carrying weights up to 330 kg/m2 and adhering materials such as metal, aluminum, glass, plastic, cornices, wood, concrete, composite panels and kitchen accessories.

* The application surface must be clean, dry, free of dust, oil and grease.
* Apply adhesive in vertical/horizontal stripes with 10-15 cm distance in between to allow for airflow and bring the materials into position and pres well to make sure that the thickness of the adhesive minimum 2-3 mm.
* Apply pressure to avoid gap left between the surface and surface to be bonded.
