Q: What is your MOQ?
A: 100 pieces in general, but no MOQ requirement for sample testing.
Q: Do you accept OEM/ODM service?
A: Yes. We are also the OEM/ODM supplier for many famous companies, such as Vetus, Reimo, Lilie etc.
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: Please send order details to us. We will issue a order on Alibaba Trade Assurance, and send you the payment link.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Payment is less than 3000USD, 100% in advance. Payment is more than 3000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance against the copy of B/L. If you have any another question, pls feel free to contact us.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: It depends on the order quantity. It usually takes 15-25 days upon receipt of your 30% deposit by T/T. Sample can be delivered within 7 days.
Q: Can I buy different products in one container?
A: Yes, you can mix different models of pumps in one container.
Q: What is your warranty?
A: 2 year, and within 24 hours reply will be provided to solve customers' problems.
Q: What is your port of loading?
A: Xiamen port.
