GMO electric water heaters are the latest design. The cylinder dome has been redesigned to make it more stronger, making it better able to withstand the effects of high temperature and pressure.

Enamel

Class Y bonded vitreous enamel provides the cylinder with a tough, durable coating. It is stronger and more durable than Class X enamels, ad being less soluble, will prolong the life of the water heater.

Anode

A thicker 28mm diameter blackening treated cap anode is fitted as standard to GMO electric water heater. This provides more physical material to help protect the cylinder for longer.
