SMT600–S40/51
Scinor submerged ultrafiltration modules utilize our PVDF hollow fiber membrane which has a homogenous sponge-like structure fabricated using advanced Thermally Induced Phase Separation (TIPS) technology. These membranes feature high tensile strength, high flux, excellent chemical resistance and good recoverability. The submerged ultrafiltra- tion configuration has membranes immersed in untreated water in an assembly with integrated air and hydraulic piping.
SMT600-S40/51 submerged ultrafiltration modules ouer the advantage of simpler integration, easier installation, smart cassette design and optimized aeration. This results in higher production in a smaller footprint. The modified hydrophilic nature and the design of the outer shell results in lower energy consumption and greater protection from the hydraulic impact during filtration. The open shell design resists fouling and is easier to clean, which ensures stable operation with minimal pretreatment required for treatment plants of any size.
