Q1. Is the sample free or refundable?
Answer: Actually, it depends on the product. For products with low value (less than US$20), we will provide free samples and freight collect. But for some high-value samples, sample costs and shipping costs are required. After placing the order, please confirm that all sample fees can be refunded.
Q2. What about the delivery time?
Answer: Samples need 3-7 days, mass production time usually takes 15-30 days, depending on different order quantities. In peak season, the delivery time can be 35-50 days.
Q3. Can the minimum order quantity be smaller?
Answer: Yes, as long as the container is full or the LCL volume exceeds 5cbm, you can mix various models together.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long will it take to arrive?
Answer: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Air and sea are also optional.
Q5. How do you deal with quality issues?
Answer: We have 21 years of experience and a professional quality control team to ensure product inspection before shipment. If there are quality problems after receiving the goods, once confirmed, they will be reissued in the next purchase.
Q6. What are your payment terms?
Answer: For bulk purchases, TT 50% of the total advance payment is used as advance payment.
Q7: Which type of packaging?
Answer: We fill the cartons or pack according to customer requirements. • Each basket is packed in a plastic bag. • All external cartons are standard export cartons with 3 to 5 layers as usual.
Q8: Can we visit your manufacturing plant?
Answer: Of course you can. You are very welcome to visit us at any time, however, we do ask you to call or send an email in advance to arrange a visit in advance.
