  • Rotation Block:

Rotation Block is one of the "Executor blocks" of MagiCubot, a series of modular robot blocks for young kids to build DIY robots
and learn coding. The functional side of Rotation block can turn in clockwise and counterclockwise directions, or rotate in
different speed and pattern.

One unique character of MagiCubot is that all the Executor blocks are subject to screen-free, app-free tangible coding. This is
achieved by the usage of "programming blocks", namely Coding Stick and Action Patches. Upon coding, Rotation block can rotate in
different direction or certain patterns,

Together with all other blocks, it is part of a fun and educational game for young kids to understand the concept of critical
thinking, logic arrangement while build their own unique robot.

How to code a Rotation block:

In the presence of Battery, connected to Coding Stone and Coding Stick as above, the Basic or "B" side of Rotation can be adjusted in 10 different modes. Connecting to different side of Coding Stick changes different parameter of of Rotation block, such as speed and/or duration of rotation.

This photo shows how the coding process works. 10 basic modes of Rotation Block, B0-B10 are available. Besides, there are 4 different rotation speed patterns (P1-P4), and duration time (T) from 1-99 seconds(T1-T99). Combined together, the pattern of rotation is abundent.
