The Lead demeanor content from Batteries, along with suitable fluxes, Slag and other scrap & process wastes, is smelted in a Rotary Furnace contingent to the product to be mixed e.g. hard Antimonial Lead, soft crude Lead etc. The Rotary furnace operates in a temperature range of 850-1275 degrees centigrade. We can also supply tilting type Rotary designed as per the capacity requirement along with a customized complement of accessories and equipment. The rotary furnace arrangement is calculated after taking all factors in account such as smelting process, refining requirement and pollution control plant configuration, intended battery processing capacity, estimated capacity utilization range, anticipated degree of flexibility in product mix, the composition of locally available raw material, consumables etc.
