Working Principle
Split pressurized heat pipe vacuumt tube solar water heater working principle
The split pressurized solar water heater composes of solar collector, storage tank, controller, working station and installation parts.
1) When the discrepant temperature of the solar collector and water tank reaches the set value, the controller shall start the circulation pump automatically.
2) The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically.
3) The heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to water by the heat exchanger in the water tank.
4) In case the temperature of the water tank does not reach T-max, then start the auxiliary heating device.
If the discrepant temperature of the collector and the water tank does not reach the set value, the circulation pump shall be shut automatically.

Working process of split solar hot water heater system
Medium in flow passage(inner tank) takes in the heat from heat pipe condenser and evaporates.
Then it changes heat with water in water tank through the copper coil inside the water tank.After the vapour cools down,it is carried to the flow passage through a pump and repeat the circulation

Heat pipe is our patent product | Copper TU1 The working temperature ranges from -30 to 300 degrees. It adopts redistilled water and Cu powder as a medium. Redistilles water: Less impurity, high thermal conversion than organic medium; no influence to the copper tube; no small organic molecule left at the top of the condenser. Cu powder: Change the character of water when it is freezing(Along with the tube, notice block), so even if it freezes at a temperature lower than -30 degrees, it won't break. | ||||||

1. Can you provide FREE SAMPLES?
As solar water heater system is a large product, including the product value and shipping cost, it is really a high investment, so we can not provide it free, hope for your understand.
2. Can you accept OED/ODM?
Yes, of course.we are professional solar water heater manufacturer with our own brand, also providing OEM service for many famous brand, you can send us your requirements and logo designing.
3. What is your GUARANTEE TIME?
It differs with different configuration. For our standard, 10 years for vacuum tubes, 6 years for heat pipes, 3 years for brackets and water tank,1 year for other parts.
4. What is your PAYMENT TERMS?
- For container: T/T 30% in advance, 70% against B/L copy or 70% by L/C, or 100% credit before shipment , Western Union.
- For sample: Usually 100% T/T in advance, also can be negotiable.
5. What is your DELIVERY TERMS?
Generally 15 working days after receiving deposit or original L/C, but for larger quantity, it may be longer(20-30 working days).
- LCL quantity in 7 working days
- 20 feet quantity in 12 working days and 40HQ container in 15 working days.
6. Do you have other ADDITIONAL SERVICE?
YES. We provide free spares according to your order,such as vacuum tubes,tube holders,dust rings, seal rings,screws etc.
Also, we can provide logo design free if you have an order at least 20 feet container.
