1. Decoiler:

We have 3T decoiler, 5T automatic hydraulic decoiler, 5T automatic with coil car, 5T passive hydraulic,decoiler,10T /15T automatic decoiler,10T double arm decoiler and manual decoiler in our factory.You can choose the style as your requirement.

2. Main machine 
1)With feeding material guide, body frame made from H350 type steel by welding; 
2)Rollers manufactured from 45# steel,CNC lathes,Heat Treatment, hard Chrome Coated; 
3)Shafts are made by high quality No.45 steel with quench and temper treatment.

3. Hydraulic Cutting device: 
1)Adopts post cutting, the cutting blade material is Cr12 with quenched treatment, after cutting, there is no material wasted.

2) Adopting welded frame for good rigidity.

3) The cutting is finished under the power of hydraulic station which guarantees the precision of cutting and has low noise, long life.

4. PLC Control System 
Control the quantity and cutting length automatically 
Combined with: PLC, Transducer, Touch Screen, Encoder, etc

5. Auto-stacker

1) It is a automatic device for stacking the panels. For saving much labor cost.

2) It can be shifted to stack both layers at control station and let the stacking device up and down.

3) With air cylinder to stacking and back or forward the device to do the job quickly.
