usage
A roller kiln for ceramic tiles is light assembly structure, consists of kiln external shell, refractory materials, ceramic roller, transmission mechanism, combustion devices and fans, etc. The fuel as heat source may be natural gas, LPG, producer gas, fuel oil, coal and electricity, its max firing temperature may be up to 1400 ℃. The working zone is divided into smoke exhaust zone, preheating zone, firing zone, rapid cooling zone, slow cooling zone and quick cooling zone. its afterheat is pumped to dry green brick. Generally a firing roller kiln work together with a tunnel type dryer.
A regeneration combustion technology is the most advanced in the world, comparing with existing combustion technology, it saves energy above 35%.
The roller kiln has these advantages of uniform furnace temperature, energy saving and high output capacity.
As a ceramic tiles production line, it completes with raw material preparation plant, forming plant, drying and firing plant, glazing plant, after treatment plant and packing plant. It automatically runs with computer supervision, and equips with environmental protection facilities, no excessive emission.
